Gin New Fashioned
A new take on a cocktail traditionally made with whisky. 5Nines Barrel Aged gin makes this complex and sweet.
Ingredients
- 60ml Barrel Aged Gin
- Splash soda water
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 sugar cube
Method
- Place the sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass.
- Wet it down with Angostura bitters and a short splash of soda water.
- Crush the sugar with a wooden muddler.
- Add a large ice cube.
- Pour in the gin.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
