A bubbly way to drink a classic
Ingredients
- 30ml Sticks & Stones
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 90ml French Champagne
- Lemon Twist to garnish
Method
- Add all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker with ice and shake well
- Strain into a Champagne flute
- Top with the Champagne
- Garnish with a lemon twist
